Place the bulbs tip up and carefully cover with soil. Water after planting to encourage growth. During the growing period, it is essential to keep the soil moist, but not too soggy. It is advisable to let the tulips wilt after flowering and let the foliage die completely before removing it. This allows the bulbs to store nutrients for the next flowering period.
