The Scindapsus Aureum goes by many names such as Pothos, Ivy Arum or the most notable name: Devils’ Ivy. The plant has earned this unique name because it is (almost) impossible to kill! It’s incredibly resilient and can bounce back from almost anything. Have you overwatered or even underwatered the plant? Don’t worry, with a little (or less!) water it will almost always be able to revive itself. On top of this, it is an excellent air purifier - it is actually in the top 10 of most air purifying plants! The leaves have beautiful patterns, which will look great in any space. This Devils’ Ivy will come with a moss stick to make sure it grows upwards. When placed in a light spot, Devils’ Ivy will grow quickly, making your room feel like a jungle before you know it! The plant will be delivered at a height of 80-90 cm, measured including the pot.
Care
Devil’s Ivy is able to endure many different light situations, however it would prefer to be in a bright spot without any direct sunlight. The plant will be fine in a darker spot, but keep in mind that it will grow slower here. Devil’s Ivy is drought tolerant. It’s okay to let the soil dry out between waterings. Generally, the plant can be watered once a week, but this also depends on factors like temperature and light. Does the soil still feel slightly moist? Wait for a while before watering the plant.
Size
The plant has a height of 80-90cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plant is supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 21cm.
