Lemon Tree - Citrus limon - Height 60-65cm - ⌀17cm

The Citrus Lemon, or lemon tree, is a beautiful ornamental plant with fragrant flowers. Place it in a sunny spot and enjoy your lemon tree in your own garden. This tub plant is richly flowering and can bear many fruits. It is delivered including a pyramid shaped rack that the plant is growing up against, giving the plant an attractive straight shape. The blossom of the lemon tree spreads a lovely, sweet smell. Its creamy white flowers appear abundantly in the spring and the tree gives fruit every year. The elongated oval fruits are delicious and have a sweet skin and soft pulp.

Care
The Lemon tree comes out best as a tub plant. Choose a large flowerpot with holes in the bottom. Give the Lemon tree plenty of water immediately after planting. Citrus Lemon likes to grow in a sunny, sheltered place. Furthermore, prune back its long branches in February and remove crossing twigs to stimulate new growth. Water regularly in the summer, rainwater is preferred. The soil must not become too wet, therefore, a pot with holes in the bottom is recommended. Please keep in mind: Citrus is not a hardy tree and therefore has to be moved inside before the frost. The citrus tree can also be an indoor plant year-round.

The plant has a height of 60-65cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plant is supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 17cm.
